IMPA 590793 – HOSE HOIST MANUAL OPERATION – Bronze Y Piece : For connecting hose to wash line valve and running 2 hoses simultaneously from one valve. 2-1/2” ANPT (7.5TPI) to valve with two outlets 2” male VP thread with protective cap and chain for hose connection. Double Ended Male Hose Connection : Bronze double-ended male hose connectors for joining common thread or different thread hoses together. 2-1/2” ANPT ( 7.5 TPI) thread one end, 2” Victor Pyrate thread one end. This connector also available 2” male Victor Pyrate each end for joining common Victor Pyrate threads, or 2-1/2” ANPT (7.5 TPI) each end for joining common Butterworth hoses. Bronze Connector : For connecting the tank washing machine to the tank washing hose where different threads are used. Hose end 2-1/2” ANPT (7.5 TPI) male, machine end 2” Victor Pyrate thread female. Quick Release Coupling : Quick release bronze coupling for connecting tank washing hose to tank washing machine. Quick release type at tank washing hose end 2-1/2” available in Nakajima, Storz, or John Morris. Other end 2” female Victor Pyrate thread. Hose Saddle : Lightweight alloy steel saddle complete with base plate. Designed to facilitate easy handling of hoses. Complete with hose guide and hose clamp. Suitable for 38 mm nominal bore or 50 mm nominal bore (1-1/2” or 2”) hoses. Deck base plate for standard 318 mm deck opening or other sizes to special order. Weight 7 kgs. Entire unit epoxy coated (Blue colour) for long term protection. Hose Hoist : Available either for manual operation or with air drive, the hose hoist is designed for the easy lifting of tank cleaning hose and the machine. The hoist is manufactured in lightweight alloy with a gunmetal base ring. The base ring is height adjustable for use on deck rings or deck coamings. Fitted complete with rubber splash cover. Overall weight 30 kgs and height 1 mtr. Fitted with wheels for deck mobility. Manual lift at speed according to operator. Air motor, interchangeable slide on fit, therefore one motor will serve several hoists. Typical lift speed on a 2 HP motor, fully laden, 3 mtr/min.. Nominal lifting operation of 10 mtr/min. easily achievable. Sludge bracket included.
