IMPA 611437 – WRENCH TORQUE WITH RATCHET, 100-1200KGF-CM 12.7MM SQ.DRIVE – A device which shows the force of torque with which a screw or nut is being tightened. It allows one to set screws exactly at a predetermined torque without any effort. A wide range of models from different manufacturers are available. The most common models are listed below. Direct Reading Beam Type : For quality control inspection and production. Pivotted handle concentrates load position. For use with a socket wrench. Dial Type : Ideal for quality control and inspection, and rugged enough for production work. With stay-set indicator model available. For use with a socket wrench. Preset Type : Suitable for high efficiency mass production. By presetting the wrench you can tighten bolts to a desired torque every time. To operate, you first pull the handle until it clicks to the set position. Then you tighten the bolt until the resistance of the wrench stops. When you release the wrench, it is automatically set for the next operation. No need to refer to a dial or meter during use allowing you to increase work speed substantially. For use with a socket wrench. Direct Reading Beam Type with Ratchet : High efficient torque wrench with ratchet for quality control and production. Best for use in narrow spaces. Preset Type Torque Driver : For high efficient mass production. Incorporated with a device utilizing a toggle joint. When the set torque is reached, the movement of the toggle joint can be felt by hand. No need to read the scale. Preset Type Torque Watch Driver : Torque drivers for the highly efficient tightening of small screws such as in watches and cameras. When the set torque is reached, the movement of the toggle joint is felt on the finger. There is no need to read the dial. Bolt Tension Machine : Used for measuring the axile force of bolts by oil pressure. Use this machine to determine whether the bolt is good or not as well as whether the tightening torque of the bolt is adequate or not by tightening the bolt with the torque wrench. Accuracy: 3%.
